On the basis of the social order of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a web page and a special mobile application were developed within the project "Implementation of innovative initiatives to increase the skills of parents related to the rehabilitation of children with limited health capabilities (cerebral palsy)".The goal of the project is to support parents, increase their skills and expand the use of electronic resources in this direction to ensure the development of children suffering from cerebral palsy.Within the framework of the project, it was planned to prepare video lessons for parents of children suffering from cerebral palsy with the participation of neurologists, pediatricians, physiotherapists, psychologists, speech therapists, private pedagogues and therapeutic sports teachers and to create a web page and a mobile application based on those video lessons.Through the project, parents will be able to watch video lessons aimed at improving their skills to care for, ensure their safety and support their childrens development, and through this application, parents will be able to set reminders for video lessons on a schedule, identify the videos they have watched and make plans. The app also hosts educational materials, which also serve as a resource center for parents about children with cerebral palsy.Preparation of technical conditions of the application, preparation of the design of the application and web page, programming of the application site, application programming, technical support for the application, involvement of consultants for the preparation of the application, preparation of instructions for the use of the application, preparation of video lessons for conducting individual exercises of children, preparation of materials for the promotion of the application preparation and presentation of the application were carried out within the framework of the project.The project plans to implement the mission of supporting the development of children with cerebral palsy and to increase the skills of parents in this direction. Video lessons are aimed at children with a mild diagnosis or at home for parents to support professional rehabilitation.50 video lessons in 7 directions reflecting the physical and mental development of children with cerebral palsy, their care, care and first aid were prepared and uploaded to the mobile application and website. The topics and content of the video lessons were developed by the project team, which included a neurologist, pediatrician, psychologist, speech therapist, sports teacher and pedagogue. When preparing the content of the video lessons, the educational programs and materials of Turkish, Russian and Western specialists were used.
